You probably received some type of correspondence or offer for your property from as early as June of 1999. Please contact us. We will implement a simple three step process:
- We will agree on a cash price for your property.
- We send a notary to your home, office or coffee shop near you with a Cashier’s check (as good as cash) in the amount of the price we have agreed upon.
- You cash the Cashier’s Check.
In a lot of cases, we will purchase the property through escrow and obtain title insurance. In this case, the process is the same but takes a few weeks longer. Please email us with any concern or questions you may have.
