How it Works

We pay cash for your rural real estate (we have cashed people out of their property more than 15,000 times).

You probably received some type of correspondence or offer for your property from as early as June of 1999.  Please contact us.  We will implement a simple three step process:

  1. We will agree on a cash price for your property.
  2. We send a notary to your home, office or coffee shop near you with a Cashier’s check (as good as cash) in the amount of the price we have agreed upon.
  3. You cash the Cashier’s Check.

In a lot of cases, we will purchase the property through escrow and obtain title insurance.  In this case, the process is the same but takes a few weeks longer.  Please email us with any concern or questions you may have.
